Growing up

Growing up

The family of wild boar IMAG0011is back at the water trough, all seven of them – five small ones and two adults. It’s been very hot (as predicted by the Ascalaphe! – see 27 April below), with the temperatures daily over 40? – maxing at 46? yesterday afternoon – and they are probably very thirsty.

It’s two months since the last photo (below) and the baby pigs are growing well. They have almost lost their marcassin stripes and are known now as ‘bêtes rousses’.
